Description of missions and responsibilities

Attached to the sales department, you will be trained in our methods of approach and customer follow-up. You will take part in the construction and drafting of offers to be drawn up; you will thus gain autonomy and skills that will enable you to start prospecting and developing new customers with the specialised European distribution (DIY and gardening).

Experience, training and desired skills

The position is based at our company headquarters (Cugnaux, 31). Travel will be expected depending on your client portfolio. With a higher education in commerce (Master’s degree), a previous commercial experience of at least 2 years is strongly recommended as well as the practice of English. Depending on the area, the mastery of a second language is highly sought after.

♦ Entry of purchases and goods transport (International/Currencies)

♦ Accounts Receivable (Input/Receivables/Billing)

♦ Account lettering

♦ Billing and credit reporting

♦ Daily administrative tasks

Your profile:

♦  You have a good command of office automation tools (mastery of EXCEL) and accounting software (ideally CEGID)

♦  You have an accounting background (BTS/DUT)

♦  You have a minimum of 2 years experience

♦  You’re thorough and organised

♦  You’re responsive and have good interpersonal skills
